Update/Diet

OK i know iv been lacking in blog department for as of lately. So here's an update. I have been in a committed relationship for close to a month. Good news i still have a job (more to come at a later date). It really sucks when i want to talk about something but cant yet. So instead I decided to talk about the diet I'm on.

First things first I AM NOT ON A DIET TO LOSE WEIGHT. I'm on a diet to help with my stomach. For the past few years, well as long as i can remember my body has had issues digesting food. I already knew that I couldn't have dairy products and had cut that out of my diet. The problem was even with that gone i still was having issues.

 

Here's what i did. I have completely cut out all processed food from my diet. Everything i eat is fresh, such as fruits and salads. I still eat meat like steak and chicken but it hasn't been processed. All ingredients that i use are 100% all natural and gluten free. Since i started this diet my body has never felt better. My energy level has gone up and the best part is I'm not running to bathroom every time i eat.

For the first week i was eating the same food over and over again which was growing tiresome. I went to Trader Joe's and found some great food and have just been mixing things up now. I would highly suggest a diet like this to anyone who has digestive problems or is even looking to gain more energy through the day. I went from dead tired everyday when i went to work to no longer feeling like i need an afternoon nap.
