PostHeaderIcon The Hype With The Balloon Boy

Falcon Heene & family scared millions with their publicity stunt of pretending that the 6-year old was in a balloon speeding high across Colorado.   The Heene family was also featured on the hit TV show "wife swap." They were described as “storm chasers who love science.” The Heene family also shot rap music videos with their 6, 8 and 10 year old kids, including one song featured on YouTube, titled "Not pussified."

I watched the music video on YouTube. I was curious to see what was wrong with the video besides the name.  And let me tell you, I was very disgusted, mainly at the parents for allowing the kids to say the filth they did.  The kids swore & talked about their mom's white ass. The mother and father both appeared in the video. They watched their kids make complete asses of their parents.

Anyone who allows their kids to talk like the Heene kids is a disgrace to society.

The Dawg Blog

I want to open this week’s Dawg Blog with a big bunch of thanks to all of those who were at last weekend’s Zombies For Ransom event.  The event, which was held to raise money for the Kitsap County HIV & AIDS Foundation (www.kchaf.org) was a great success, and I was proud to be a part of it.  The vendors there were phenomenal, and the bands were great too – my personal favorite, for what it’s worth, was Safari.  I know that there is always the opportunity to raise more money at these things and all that, but what Chuck and Hannah with Rock It Roost put together was truly an amazing example of what regular people can do to help a cause bigger than themselves.  I want to remind everyone that they may have another event coming up just after the start of 2010, so keep your eyes and ears alert – you never know where the Outlaw Radio Network may pop up next.

Free speech…a well known, and little commented on, portion of our foundation.         http://caselaw.lp.findlaw.com/data/constitution/amendment01/      in these times, as much as I rail on the administration both current and former I admit I never felt as though I would see the tumultuous course plotted in today’s seas.  Not since the Alien and Sedition act of 1795 http://www.loc.gov/rr/program/bib/ourdocs/Alien.html  have we seen such an egregious affront on our freedoms that are paramount to our constitutional rights.  No matter your political leanings, whether right or left, maybe even somewhere in the middle, no real American (with an understanding of the constitution) can sit idle and watch as the as the White House labels any individual news organization as anything from seditious to unimportant, it reeks of an affront to our rights as citizens of this shining beacon on a hill.

Some random thoughts of what we are up to and planning in the coming weeks…

-         We want to welcome our two newest Outlaw Radio Network sponsors, Kitsap Music and 10-10 Graphx.  We can’t say enough about what it means for us to have these two quality local businesses, along with our other sponsors Hoffman Entertainment and E&M Entertainment, behind us, and we hope that you will support those businesses that support what we do.  ‘Nuff said.

-         Part of our agreement with 1010 Graphx includes some brand new Outlaw Radio Network gear – including the brand news Outlaw Radio Network Baseball Jerseys we are going to be debuting this coming Saturday.  In the future, keep an eye out for the Outlaw Store, your chance to pick up exclusive Outlaw Radio Network attire.  We can’t wait for you all to see the new Jerseys this weekend.  Oh, and speaking of Saturday…
